To ensure a peaceful, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to read and follow our house rules before booking. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these policies.
RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY
STRICT CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY
When you book a suite, it is reserved exclusively for you and made unavailable to other guests. To maintain fairness, we enforce the following cancellation and rebooking rules:

No refunds for cancellations made within 20 days of check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made more than 20 days before check-in.

Rebooking on a whim is NOT allowed and is considered a NO SHOW.

No refunds for NO SHOWS.
Bookings via Booking.com & Airbnb follow their respective cancellation policies.
SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGES POLICY
A ₱2,500 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in to cover possible damages. This will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out via the original payment method.

Security Deposit Deductions May Apply For:

Damage to property, appliances, furniture, or fixtures.

Violation of house rules (noise complaints, extra guests, smoking inside, etc.).

Loss of key (₱1,000 replacement fee).
OCCUPANCY & VISITOR POLICY
Our suites are designed to offer a low-density, private, and relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Each suite accommodates a maximum of 4 persons (adults/children).

All guests must be registered prior to arrival.

Only registered guests may enter Cyan Sea Suites. No outside visitors allowed.

No pets allowed .
Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and refusal of entry.
POOL, BEACH & PROPERTY RULES
To maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please observe the following:
Pool Rules:

Pool hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

No eating or smoking in the pool.
-
No diving, rough play, or running around the pool area.
-
No glass bottles near the pool.
Beach Rules:

No littering – kindly dispose of trash in designated bins.
General Property Guidelines:

No unauthorized gatherings or events.
NO SMOKING & NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suites. A ₱3,000 penalty applies for indoor smoking violations. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.

Illegal activities of any kind will result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of the security deposit, and reporting to authorities.
QUIET HOURS & BEHAVIOR POLICY
At Cyan Sea Suites, we value a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests. Please be mindful of others by following these guidelines:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Loud music, shouting, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Respect other guests and our staff. Unruly or disrespectful guests may be asked to leave without a refund.

No excessive drinking or unruly behavior.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and at Sea Cyan Suite, we aim to provide flexibility when booking your stay. If you need to cancel your reservation, please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Our friendly team is here to assist you with any questions regarding your booking and ensure a smooth process for your cancellation.
At Sea Cyan Suite, we aim to provide a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Our check-in time starts at 2 PM, while check-out is scheduled for 12 AM. We understand plans can change, so if you require early check-in or late check-out, just let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Your comfort is our priority!
